At CamDashPros, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
By using our Services and making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
📦 1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

🔄 2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our support team at info@camdashpros.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Review: Our team will review your request and send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Ship the Item: Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us.
⚠️ Note on Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
💰 3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (processed securely).

Processing Time: It may take 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@camdashpros.com.
🛠️ 4. Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Items)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, send us an email at info@camdashpros.com with photos of the damaged item so we can arrange a replacement for you.
